The Honeywell ACS PRO controller offers intelligent, flexible and scalable access control solutions for 2 to 16 doors.
ACS PRO allows you to securely manage your system with the IQ-MultiAccess access control software. The user-friendly design and all available interfaces enable easy installation, operation and maintenance.
The ACS PRO controller offers you all the benefits of conventional access control, such as securing doors, managing employee access and remote site management. IQ-MultiAccess also allows you to easily generate reports to fulfil regulations/requirements.
The compatibility of the ACS PRO with the (older) RS-485 I/O devices and door controllers ensures economical installations and reduces training and maintenance costs.
Thanks to the licensing concept, the functional expansion of the basic system is also possible in existing locations without replacing the hardware if requirements change. The modular product range enables cost-effective customisation to the conditions on site.
The ACS PRO Basic Access Controller Kit manages up to 2 doors, but can be extended with licences (ACS-LIC2D, ACS-LIC4D). After purchasing the licence via the licensing portal, the ACS-4 setup tool can be used to apply the 2-door licence to the ACS PRO 4+ controller. The ACS PRO controller can now support up to 8, 12 or 16 doors, depending on the 4-door licences applied.
After the first door upgrade, the activated extension buses can be connected to module bus readers, door modules, input/output modules and relay modules for e.g. lift control and door control.
The ACS PRO Kit is supplied in a standard metal housing including power supply. The ACS PRO controller (ACS4C3-2) comes with clear connection instructions and can be mounted in wall-mounted housings (MPA2ENCME, ACS4ENCMV) or a 19-inch housing (MPACSENCM2U).
ACS PRO works with IQ-MultiAccess V25 SP1 or higher and with up to 8 RS-485 module bus readers and/or up to 4 clock/data readers. Door controller modules are required to control more than 8 doors.
