Extension package for IQ MultiAccess
This option is required one per project for support of ASSA ABLOY online door cylinders and fittings Aperio V3
The integration of Aperio door cylinders and fittings from ASSA ABLOY provides an additional access control variant at doors wiring is not wanted or possible.
This option enables the activation of a virtual terminal per location in IQ MultiAccess, which communicates via Ethernet (TCP/IP) with IP-HUBs, which on the other hand communicates to the door components via radio. Thereby the doors in question behave like hard-wired online doors. They are supported in the standard room/time zones as well as in the automatic zones. For this reason a short time release, permanent release and permanent blocking can be controlled remotely from the software.
The fittings can optionally be equipped with a PIN pad. With it the functions doorcode only, doorcode and/or card, PIN only, PIN and/or card are possible at those doors as well.
This option includes the interface for data exchange between IQMA / IQSC and the Aperio components. The end user still works just in IQMA / IQSC and does not need to learn or operate another application.
During installation the installer once has to set up the door data in the ASSA installer tool (PAP-Tool) and allocate them to the door components at initial setup via a radio dongle.
The IP-HUB can operate a maximum of 16 door components. Each virtual terminal can handle a maximum of 256 door components.Further doors can be connected via one or more separate locations (only with IQMA in combination with option client processing ability, multi-location ability).
This option can be used with Aperio components as of V3 from ASSA ABLOY only and is required once per system.
