The ID card is a data and information
carrier in credit card format for
contactless IDENT-KEY 3 operating units
with and without a keyboard. 
The electronics are encapsulated within 
the card and thus completely protected 
against damp and almost impervious to 
mechanical stress (in compliance with
ISO 78169.
                                        
In addition to a unique number, the ID 
card has a password which is required 
for the changeover code procedure.
It is a data carrier which receives
a new encryption with every new
identification (read-write process)
